Strategic Financing Advisory

The role of the Strategic Financing Advisory (“SFA”) team is to analyse potential capital structure and financing solutions available to clients. We aim to take a fresh perspective as to how we may finance a client’s business if it were up to us to do so.

Our approach is driven by the fundamental belief that a company's business should drive its financing strategy and not the reverse.

While the team is product neutral, we work closely with the Advisory and Financing product teams to deliver solutions that can be successfully executed in the relevant financial markets.
